This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice is provided to California residents to supplement ChipAgents' Privacy Policy in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

When submitting a request, please provide your name, email address, the type of request (Access, Delete, Correct, Opt-Out, or Other), and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before processing your request.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and security, we verify your identity before processing privacy requests by matching the information you provide with our records. We may request additional information if needed to reasonably verify your identity. We cannot fulfill your request if we cannot reasonably verify your identity.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. For us to process a request from an authorized agent:
- The agent must provide proof of authorization (e.g., a signed permission letter or power of attorney)
- We may require you to verify your identity directly with us
- We may require you to confirm that you authorized the agent to submit the request
Response Timeline
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Appeal Process
If we deny your privacy request, in whole or in part, you have the right to appeal our decision:

- Include your original request details and the reason you believe the denial was incorrect
