Our AI model providers do not keep your prompts after each request.
Strict tenant isolation
Each company's data is isolated, with role-based access control. A dedicated single-tenant instance is available on request.
You control deletion
Delete conversations at any time. All data is deleted within 30 days after your contract ends.

Yes. This is how a cloud service works: the parts of your code and prompts that a task needs are sent, encrypted, to the ChipAgents service and its AI model providers. This data is protected by the controls in this document. To keep specific files away from the agent, use the sandbox.
No. Each organization's data is isolated with role-based access control. For physical separation, choose a single-tenant instance.
AWS (hosting), Cloudflare (edge security), Auth0 (sign-in) and our AI model providers (mainly Anthropic and OpenAI). Model providers process your content only to generate responses.
